Duties:
• Manage the compensation and benefits functions and the day to day operations of the unit by facilitating work process to ensure alignment with established policies and procedures in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Manage the Employee relations function and provide appropriate support and advice to the business managers on Disciplinary and Grievance procedures.
• Participate in the development of departmental processes and procedures and manage their implementation to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
• Challenge and question processes and procedures and proactively implement suggestions from others for improvement in procedures.
• Manage the development of Management Information done in the unit and ensure the accuracy and timeliness in the preparation and submission of reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
• University Degree or Equivalent in HRM/CIPD
• Knowledge of UAE laws
• Knowledge of Compensation and Benefit structures and HAY evaluation method.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources functions with specific experience in Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations in a Bank or Financial Organisation.
