Borouge (India) Pvt Ltd Requires HR Officer (HR Business Partner) 


Department:

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will be based in Mumbai, India and you will be responsible for:

  • Advises, guides and supports the local team on all HR aspects and provides suitable HR solutions in order to achieve the strategic and operational objectives in line with Asia South business strategies.
  • Work with business unit managers to proactively develop and promote strong team member trust and open communication between all levels of the organization to ensure adherence.
  • Contribute positively to the state of Employee Relations within the local staff population
  • Work closely with all HR functional teams to deliver  HR services/programs (Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Integration, Employee Relations, Human Capabilities Development) to all stakeholders.
  • Build capabilities to operationalize the HR processes, and support the local business to ensure staff consultation is appropriately handled
  • Supports Performance Management across local team, addressing all queries effectively
  • Serve as a key contact for local team regarding all corporate and HR policies and programs.
Person:

As a successful candidate, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource 
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience working in a Sales / Marketing organization
  • Experience in a MNC work environment is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • A keen eye for details
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possess sound knowledge of local employment regulations.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
