Your job will include, but not limited to the following:
- To provide secretarial and general clerical services such as filing, preparing memos/reports, sorting the mail, answering the phone and coordinating purchase, supply & service contracts.
- To prepare payment documentation for the Maintenance Section, the Training Officer and the Section Heads, as required.
- Diploma in Office Administration/IT or equivalent.
- Good knowledge and command of English and Arabic languages.
- PC literacy (Word,Excel and Power Point.)
- Must be UAE National
