SALES EXECUTIVE/SALES-MAN 

Job Details:

  • To  generate  new leads to increase the sales of the Company by making calls.
  • Assist the customer in Product selection and quoting competitive price so that the deal gets closed.
  • Maintaining proper record of all the enquiries and doing regular followup to generate new or repeat business.
  • Systematic updation /maintenance of records for reporting purpose.
  • To cater to all the walkins happening in the showroom.
  • Generating business by calling up prospective customers & by recording their remarks in a systematic manner.
  • Taking current/most competitive prices from potential & approved suppliers ensuring best rate & quality.
  • Coordinate & get the contract made with complete terms and conditions like Shipment Schedule,Payment terms etc
  • Ensure payment security and receipt of Cash/Cheque on time.
  • Take every step to ensure that the customer is not only happy but is delighted with the services

Fluency in Arabic & Farsi is must.

SALES MANAGER 

Job Details:

  • Responsible for starting up the office operations & to manage sales for entire showroom and managing the import & export of products.
  • Candidate must be fluent in the regional language for whatsoever location he's applying.
  • Training the Sales staff and keep them motivated.
  • Solving the day to day queries of the sales team.
  • Ensuring that the sales targets are met of the entire team.
  • Excellent in forecasting the market scenario and should use innovative sales strategies.
  • Make Techno Commercial offer for the buyer.
  • To keep track of the worldwide market scenario and keep the team mates informed and equipped to deal with the same.
  • Make timely and relevant strategies to increase the Sales/Profit of the Company.
  • Should have a keen focus on generating new business while retaining the old customers.
  • Ensuring that the delivery is as per the agreed terms and conditions with key focus on the quality of the product as well as delivery should be always within agreed time frame.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 

Job Details:

  • The person will be responsible for setting up new offices across the world.
  • Major focus would be to look after the setup of entire office and to give a platform for doing business.
  • Candidate needs to have a thorough understanding of the market of operation and job requires liasoning with various government authorities at various levels.
  • Should be comfortable in talking to people and in development of long term relationships.
  • Should be able to give results within tight deadlines & should be good in Team Management.
  • The Job involves frequent travelling across the world and to see the feasibility of the market for the company business to prosper.

Candidate should be fluent in Arabic (Mandatory)

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Job Details:
  •  Arranging travel plans, Visas and Accommodation and, occasionally travelling with the Managing Director (In UAE or Abroad) to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate as per the schedule of MD.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post & corresponding on behalf of the MD (If Authorized)
  • Taking dictation and recording accurate facts
  • Carrying out background research and presenting the findings (For current & upcoming projects)
  • Producing documents, reports and giving presentations.
  • Organizing and attending meetings along with the MD.
  • Liasoning with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.

Candidate should be fluent in English & Hindi.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER 

Job Details:
  •  Candidate should have existing exposure of handling a multi locational team and should be capable enough to bring in the best results from them.
  • Will be managing a team of 5 to 6 Sales Manager's (Based in different Countries) in Middle East Asia, so the Candidate needs to be highly knowledgeable about the market dynamics of these locations.
  • Should be Arabic speaking (Compulsorily) + should be aware of other local languages spoken at that location.
  • Will be responsible for ensuring profitability of Kuwait,Jordan,Qatar,Bahrain,Oman,Yemen,Saudi Arabia & UAE nations while being based at Dubai.
  • Candidate should be mature enough and not less than 40 years of age.
  • Should have extremely good understanding about the market & its functioning and should have already set up contacts in all the locations.
  • The job requires frequent travelling to various Countries to ascertain the feasibility of business and to ensure with clarity that which products needs to be focused more in that region.
  • Should be excellent in establishing rapport with prospective Clients as well as the employees.
  • Candidate needs to be disciplined,approachable and a multi tasker to excel in this role.
  • Should be target oriented and must have excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
Must be fluent in Arabic & Farsi.
