| Mechanical Equipment Section Head |
| Job Description:
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with 10 Yrs. Experience. Plan, direct,
supervise and control the engineering, design and development
activities/functions of Mechanical Engineering Department pertaining to
various Mechanical Equipment (viz.Static Equipment, Rotating Equipment,
Process Specialty Packages and HVAC) so as to serve as centralized equipment
design expertise; while ensuring compliance with Company strategies,
commitments and goals. Coordinate and provide specialized technical support
in Mechanical Equipment Design , Major Projects Division, Corporate Support
Division. Also provide Mechanical Equipment Engineering support for Execution
of Minor projects from FEED through EPC to commissioning and final
acceptance, in the Engineering and Technical Support Division. |
| Piping and Materials Section Head |
| Job Description: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with 10
Yrs. Experience.Plan, direct, supervise and control the engineering, design

Inspection and Corrosion/Metallurgy discipline activities so as to serve as

Coordinate and provide specialized technical support in Piping/Pipeline
Design, Corrosion/Metallurgy and Inspection aspects to Refinery, Major

| Job Description: Bachelor in Engineering with 8 Yrs.
Experience. Coordinate and maintain all Engineering and Technical Support
Division Engineering Standards and Procedures to serve as the centralized
source of expertise in Engineering Standards and Procedures while ensuring
compliance with Company strategies, commitments and goals. Maintain and
Update the E&TS Division and Departments’ (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical
and Process) Standards and Procedures. Provide technical expertise for
Engineering design and development for projects associated with oil
refining/treatment and transportation.

| Sr.Organization Transformation Specialist (Process Engg.) |
| Job Description: Bachelor in Chemical Engineering with 9
Yrs. Experience. Carries out Organization Transformation Initiatives related
to Refining Process by reviewing assigned process for improvement
opportunities in terms of technical, operational, maintenance and resource
allocation. Organizes and supervises Process improvement initiatives at
refineries with process consultants. Promotes continuous performance
improvement of refinery processes. Performs benchmarking studies on refinery
and associated utilities operations. Reviews performance reports and suggests
pertinent KPIs and target setting. |
| Senior Static Equipment Engineer |
| Job Description:
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with 8 Yrs. Experience . Provides
technical expertise for Mechanical Static Equipment Engineering design and
development for projects associated with oil refining/treatment and
transportation. Reviews the work performed by Project Management Consultants
(PMC) and supervises the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) / Detailed Engineering Contract (EPC) as
per approved Project distribution matrix (PDM) work. Develops statement of requirements
for grass root as well as Minor projects. Be a focal point for minor projects
(as applicable). Review vendor print as applicable for minor projects.
Provides guidance in trouble shooting to the operators as required. |
| Senior Stock Controller |
| Job Description:
Bachelor in Engineering with 8 Yrs. Experience. Carries out Inventory Control
activities. Ensures that stock of spare parts and general material are kept
at optimal operational level. Assists the Inventory Control Section Head in
setting up standards and parameters to implement stockholding minimization
objectives. Ensures timely replenishment of stock items, correct reservation,
economic requisitioning and physical check of stock items. |
| Senior Fire and Safety Engineer |
| Job Description:
Bachelor in Science, Chemical Engineering with 8 Yrs. Experience. Additional
HSE qualification is preferred. To provide professional advice on the
management of safety and fire hazards in refinery operations, project
activities and headquarter activities in order to ensure that risks to staff,
to contractor personnel and to plant are minimized. To assist in development
and implementation of the company HSEMS and HSE Control Procedures. To
develop safety procedures and training programmes and carry out inspections,
audits and incident investigations as required by the HSE Manager. To ensure that Management is
fully aware of the HSE performance of company by monitoring HSE performance
by staff and contractors at operating sites and HQ Divisions. To review HSE performance data and prepare quarterly and annual HSE performance reports and presentations for Management information. To review documentation in respect of the design and construction of new projects and modifications. To coordinate the development and implementation of the Crisis Management and Communication plan. |
