Job Description
1. Business and Sales Management
· Assist Head of Trade Marketing (HOTM) to ensure achievement of budgeted In Market Sales, By Brand / By Channel.
· In Coordination with the HOTM contribute to the development& implementation of Monthly Activity Calendar (MAC) with Marketing Team.
· Assist HOTM to Initiate and implement special incentive programs like Fayda Program, CEO competitions etc to achieve business objectives
· Assist HOTM in preparation of Management Reports for important meetings eg: NSM
· Assist HOTM in planning and implementation of Road Shows across KSA & Gulf regions.
· Coordinate with sales team on achievement of Distribution objectives across all channels through promotional plans & set priorities per brand.
2. Data Mining & Sales Analysis
· Analyzing data from different sources (ROUTE PRO / SAP BO, Retail Audit, Market Surveys etc).
· Data analysis of NADEC business by channel by region by category by depot etc. to establish market trends
· Active Customers’ Analysis by channel by region by category to identify the distribution gaps
· Sales and Distribution analysis for NPLs by region / depot / channel
· Preparation of Management Reports : For Monthly Business Reviews, National Sales Meetings etc.
3. Relationship with other Departments
· Coordinate RGMs / National Merchandising Manager in sales& implementation of New Promos, NPLs across channels / regions
· Coordinate with Finance Dept in tracking and budget control of Trade Marketing Activities.

Job Description
· Responsible for keeping the existing supply chains smooth and efficient, also establishing new chains while keeping close tabs on the applicable logistics and market trends / prices.
· Establishing and adhering to an intricate inventory management system, with pre-determined critical order levels for each category of products. Coordinating, inspecting and updating shipment reports of local import and exports.
· Complying with all audit requirements including familiarizing the warehouse management team of the policies and procedures. Setting up a responsibility structure for all organizational reporting based on the concepts of hierarchy reporting and shift change procedure.
· Communicating with all the levels within department and executing department objectives as well as accomplishing department goals. Applying the FIFO supply chain management concepts for FMCG products.
· Allocating work modules to various teams under purview consistently following up on progress and providing performance appraisals.
· monitoring KPIs and executing the daily and monthly plan as per local and export dispatch schedule, according to the planning department, as well as coordinating for the same with logistics, seals and finance departments.
· Monitoring the movement of all products and materials between company locations and client destinations, with due relevance to associated transportation logistics.
· Prepared periodic reports highlighting possible anomalies, underlying causes and recommendations to circumvent supply chain bottlenecks.
· Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposals of stales and accurate warehouse inventory.
· Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipments and analyses need of expansion of warehouses or requirement of additional equipments.
