General Manager - Heavy Equipment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Defining and approving company’s policy, objectives and procedures and ensure its implementation and maintenance.
2. Set up business strategy; provide sufficient resources, infrastructure and support to staff.
3. Approve purchases of certain limit as per the Authority Matrix.
4. Establish rapport with different stakeholders.
5. Chair management review & progress meetings and ensure that work requirements are implemented and maintained
6. Ensure achievement of relevant objectives and commercial targets
7. Observe the implementation of the company structure and systems to ensure efficient operations
8. Undertake high-level Business promotion in the local and foreign markets in an attempt to gain a greater share of the market.
9. Set and comply with and respect the procedures, rules and regulations of the company
10. Participate in local and international exhibitions and conferences, which would maintain a distinguished image and status of the company.
To set out the company business policies, goals and objectives, and recommend the strategic plan that would ensure the achievement of approved targets, including efficient utilization of resources and in such a manner as to secure the continuity and profitability of the co. Within the framework of environmental, economic and financial condition; in addition to high-level business relations with concerned circles and bodies.
*At least 15 years of relevant experience in a trading business out of them 5 years in a management leading position in HEAVY EQUIPMENT TRADING IN SAUDI ARABIA
*Fluent in English and Arabic
*University degree IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING + MANAGEMENT
