KEO International Consultants is seeking highly motivated project and construction management candidates to work in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, a diverse and developing cosmopolitan city in the Middle East. Join KEO and become an integral part of the Project Management team on this large civil and infrastructure project in Makkah, supporting the continued growth and rehabilitation of the city.

Vacancies include:
Project Director
· Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in contract management, design, construction supervision/execution of infrastructure and building projects.
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
· Ideally Professional or Chartered Engineer.
Project Manager
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience with at least 5 years in the capacity of Project Manager or Resident Engineer on infrastructure projects.
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Contracts Manager
· Minimum of 20 years relevant experience and at least 5 years of experience working as a Senior Contracts Manager on large infrastructure projects.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
· This position has the potential to be based in Jeddah
Cost Manager
· Minimum of 20 years’ experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
· Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
· Ideally Chartered Quantity Surveyor (RICS or similar).
· This position has the potential to be based in Jeddah.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation of multi-discipline projects.
· Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Construction Manager
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction supervision, contract management and execution of infrastructure projects.
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Lead Planning Engineer
· Minimum of 12 years’ experience in planning large infrastructure projects.
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
· Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.
Senior Infrastructure Engineer
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the design, construction supervision and execution of infrastructure projects involving roads, bridges, highways and utilities.
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Senior Bridge / Structural Engineer
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the design and construction of bridges and structures.
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
· Preferably Chartered Engineer (MICE, ISTRUCT, PE)
Senior Electrical Engineer
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the design and construction of infrastructure medium and low voltage networks.
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Senior Mechanical Engineer
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the design and construction of infrastructure water, waste water, HVAC and district cooling projects.
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Senior Architect / Landscape Architect
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the design, construction supervision and execution of architectural structures and landscaping.
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
