EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, MATERNITY COVER (UAE NATIONAL PREFERRED)
Our Legal & Market Regulation Department is seeking a diligent and efficient Executive Assistant to provide maternity cover from July to December 2014. Hours are open for discussion with the proviso that the individual will work at least 4 hours a day. This role would suit someone with previous Executive Assistant experience ideally within a Legal department. Applications from committed paralegals or recently graduated law school students possessing administration experience, would also be welcome. The successful candidate must have exceptional Microsoft Office and Outlook skills and must be confident in interacting in English with internal and external stakeholders. Finally, the post holder will be organised, have exceptional attention to detail and be able to act with discretion.
BUSINESS AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
We are looking to recruit senior Business and Product Development specialists, who will be responsible for developing, and driving through to implementation, new listings and products & services for the exchange. Successful applicants will have proven experience of building and cultivating relationships, as well as at least five years of sound capital market or investment product experience. They will be technically astute with a relevant postgraduate qualification. Ideally, individuals will have worked with an exchange or had involvement in the IPO process or listing other asset classes as an advisor.
UAE NATIONAL, ASSOCIATE - MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We are looking for an ambitious UAE National with creativity, drive and a desire to work closely with our CEO on projects. The successful applicant will have recently graduated from University and will be enthusiastic for working in the Marketing and Business Development departments of our business.
