Maintenance Technician

Principal Accountabilities

  1. Carries out the preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment / electrical equipment / instruments installed in the plant.
  2. Participates in the maintenance planning meetings on a periodic basis and ensure compliance to commitments.
  3. Carries out the break down maintenance of the equipment.
  4. Carries out the calibration of the equipment.
  5. Assists the external agencies in carrying out the annual maintenance of the equipment.
  6. Carries out plant modifications and installed and commission minor project related equipment.
  7. Participates in development & implementation of loss control management system.
  8. Continuous vigilance to new HSE risks and manage the same through HSE System.
  9. Monitors work areas for potential losses and recommend areas for improvement.
  10. Handles Implementation of Work permit system and propose changes / up-grades.


Minimum Requirements


  • Diploma holder in relevant field of engineering or Apprentice training in relevant field from recognized institute.
  • 4 - 5 years experience in hands-on maintenance in a reasonably complex multinational environment preferably in lubricants blending plant.


Logistics Assistant



Principal Accountabilities

  1. Assists in arranging the transportation of inward and outward transport from the plant. Interfaces with various customers and keep them satisfied about the product availability.
  2. Responsible for proper storage of the materials in designated areas.
  3. Maintains the inventory and carrying out physical stock checks.
  4. Assists in the stock reconciliation.
  5. Arranges the proper dispatch & loading of the finished goods.
  6. Arranges for the customs formalities and documentation for the inward and outward movement of goods.
  7. Implements small continuous improvement programs.
  8. Ensures all the complaints are effectively addressed and resolved.  Based on the complaints, work for Corrective & Preventive Action.
  9. Assists in effective implementation of Quality System.
  10. Adheres to all statutory laws and rules prescribed by various authorities pertaining to movement of goods and loading unloading operations in the plant and at the port/jetty.
  11. Other Responsibilities as per Company’s Rules and Delegation of Authority Manual


Minimum Requirements

  • A High school graduate or a Diploma in business
  • 4 - 5 years experience in logistics department of a reasonably complex multinational environment preferably in lubricants blending plant.
