JOB REQUIREMENT:-
·         To inspect contactor fleet official documents (registration card, civil defense license, driver labor card …etc.).
·          To Support workshop team on delivering the prime movers and tankers to external workshop.
·         To Cover HSSE inspector during his absence. 
·         To utilize IVMS (in vehicle monitoring system) to smooth the journey plan and provide customers with required journey reports. 
·         To induct and train new hired drivers on journey plan process.
·         Renewal of OOMCO fleet legal documents, registration card, civil defense lenience, municipality permit…etc. 
·         To preparing daily journey plan for all required deliveries.
·         To close the journey plans and maintains records of all the trips.   
·         To follow up contractors daily reporting. 
·         To follow up monthly mechanical reports.
·         To maintain records of contactor fleet official documents (registration card, civil defense license, driver labor card …etc.).
·         To ensure the daily journey plan Log is accurate and kept updated throughout the day.
·         To communicate on positive and negative feedback in meetings on the data shown and take the appropriate action as necessary and also log details.
·         To make random and frequent checks to ensure that the JM procedures are being followed and complied with.
·         To upload and download IVMS (in vehicle monitoring system) data and back up data at regular Intervals.
·         To carry out a check of all vehicle ‘Daily Vehicle Checklists’, and compile a daily report listing all faults and equipment deficiencies. These remarks to be communicated to HSSE inspector, workshop team or fleet owner if required. 
·         To Support logistics supervisors on daily order entering, attending calls and follow up the execution of daily deliveries whenever is required. 
Minimum Qualifications:
·         Diploma in HSSE or related qualification.  
·         Journey plan certificate.  
Minimum Experience:
·         2 years
Skills:
·         Computer Literate with good skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
·         Fluent English language skills in both written and verbal communications.
·         Experience in clerical activities and delivering reports to fixed deadlines.


JOB REQUIREMENT:-
·         To attend calls, register orders and route vehicles and assist the logistic supervisor in his daily routine like monitoring in vehicle monitoring system.
·         To interact with suppliers for all logistics material and other sundry item purchases orders in the TMS system and maintain copies as required.
·         To administer a petty cash system and pay and account for all sundry purchases.
·         To lend a support operation management team in drafting contracts, maintaining minutes of meetings, circulars and to take full involvement in Handing Daily delivery program whenever required.
·         To maintain daily record of drivers and vehicles attendance or break down.
·         Maintain logistic team sick leave, holiday and medical reports.
·         To promote work place HSSE participate in Terminal and Fuels Business Health & Safety Committees as well as maintaining all HSSE record for logistics.
·         Take part in emergency drills and able to direct and take part in emergency response operations.
·         The post holder is required to be conscientious and diligent in implementing workplace rules and operating procedures, maintaining adequate controls in the work place.
·         A head for administration and able to act as a Personal Assistant and handle routine correspondence unsupervised. To work as a logistics supervisor when required.
·         Be able to keep of financial transition and product reports with charts for analyses.
·         Able direct and maintain discipline of subordinates.
·         Able to plan and implement procedures with due regard for operational safety and integrity.
·         Able to assume responsibility, comply with procedures, act appropriately to unforeseen or unusual circumstances in a hazardous.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROND:-
·         Business Administration Diploma
·         Office Management.  
EXPERIENCE & AGE:-
·         Candidate should be 25 and above
·         1 to 3 years’ experience.
OTHER SKILLS:-
·         Fluent English and Arabic language is a must.
·         Problem solving skills.
·         Communication skills.
·         Computer Skills.
·         Negotiation Skills.
