4. Chief Cook Arabic Cuisine
Graduate of catering institute, strong personality, capable to run the kitchen, supervise the cooking
and plan and execute the menus. With knowledge in Hot & Cold European and Asian dishes as well
as Philippines cuisine. Good English knowledge. Not less than seven years experience as a first cook
with good experience in continental cuisine and good knowledge of pasty & sweet making.
