1-Internet Sales Representative II

Location:Multiple Locations
Brief Description 
      
Order fulfillment and selling of products and services in high volume, low value, short cycle transactions using telephone sales (inbound/outbound calls).
Detailed Description       
As an Internet Sales Representative you will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives. Generates sales leads as well as closing the sales on line or by phone. Utilizes inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales. Develops account penetration strategies, and closes business . Responsible for understanding Oracle*s product offerings and competitive issues. Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance. Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Oracle products and services. Participates as a team member on sales teams including field sales, support and education sales and sales consulting.
Job Requirements       
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Works under general supervision. Seeks intervention from his/her manager on complex deals that fall outside of existing guidelines. 3 years of relevant experience. Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with high level decision makers. Ability to work independently. Typically bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent.


2-Technology Sales Representative III


Location:UAE
Brief Description
       
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).
Detailed Description       
Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.
Job Requirements       
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience including technology sales experience. Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business. Business development, prospecting and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability. Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development. Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.

   
3-Executive Assistant

The IBU is responsible for bringing industry expertise and business value to top tier accounts across all regions, utilizing Oracle’s broad portfolio of solutions in the following industries: Public Sector, Education & Research, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Utilities.  Additionally the SVP has responsibility for coordinating IBU activities within EMEA across all Industries
Brief Description       
Spends less than 20% of time providing administrative support to relieve managers and staff of administrative and clerical details. Spends more than 80% of time on special projects. Projects may include equipment management, training new hires on policies and procedures, project coordination and logistics, documentation and collateral coordination, liaison to Human Resources, create administration manuals. May participate in operational task forces. May analyze basic spreadsheet models and track projects.
Job Requirements       
Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative is needed in resolving problems and making recommendations. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Normally does not receive work instructions, may determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may supervise other administrative employees. Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment. Knowledge of spreadsheet applications. Demonstrated strong organizational skills. Proactive and resourceful. Self-motivated. Proficient in desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email messaging tools, etc. Preferred Qualification:BA/BS degree or equivalent. 2 - 4 years of related experience.
Additional Details       
The IBU is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the SVP and his team.  This role will include comprehensive administrative support, enabling the SVP to focus on business priorities, as well as support to the wider team regarding Procurement, Expenses, Compliance and other general items.  The ideal candidate should be able to work on their own initiative, adaptable to change, and be technically proficient across Oracle’s internal applications
