Responsibilities As Under
Managing and supporting Visa/Iqama issue and renewal of employees.
Addressing VOC and feedback.
Support employment benefits.
Tracking and recording attendances of employees.
Paying salaries to employees.
Recording status of over-time work of employees.
Coordinating with accountants to keep tracks of all expenses.
Understanding and monitoring local laws related to admin.
Managing office supplies and its stock.
Managing maintenance at office.
Distributing and Controlling document forms.
Arranging transportation for employees
ACCOUNTANT
Min. 7 Years & above working experiences as accountant.
Min. 3 Years & above working experiences in the Middle East.
Min. 2 Years & above working experiences with ARAMCO
Addressing advanced money and arranging relevant documents
Input accounting info in SAP
Business affairs with banks to proceed with projects
Reporting monthly expenses to compare with planned one.
Reporting/paying tax and insurance issues
Should have a Excellent MS Office Skill
Should be a fluent English speaker
Should have great communication & coordination skills
PLANNING ENGINEER FOR COST CONTROL AND QUANTITY SURVEY

Vendor Supervisor
3 Years & above Experience,Claim,Change Order,Revision Status Control ,Review of letter,Review of Transmittal
Candidate’s Profile
Should have a degree of B.S(at least Diploma course graduate)
Should have a Excellent MS Office Skill
Should be a fluent English speaker
QC SUPERVISOR
Have a university degree / Mech / Elect / Civil or equivalent and a total of seven years inspection experience - Have a minimum of three years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the oil, gas and petrochemical projects, infrastructure, communication.
Min. 3 Years & above working experiences
QC INSPECTOR
Be high school graduate Mech / Elect / Civil or equivalent
Be able to read, write and speak English Language
Be fully conversant with applicable Industry Standards and Specifications
Perform a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervision
