Job Description :
-Provide safety and health advice and support to SAR teams with particular reference to statutory regulation (SRC and Labour Law) and SAR SMS,
-Support SAR teams in accident investigations,
-Support SAR teams during safety and health meetings,
-Support SAR teams in the review and acceptance of risk assessments,
-Provide advice to SAR teams in the delivery of accident reduction strategies following trend analysis,
-Support SAR teams in briefing and promoting safety campaigns,
-Carry out general safety inspections,
-Monitor and support SAR teams regarding safety and health issues,
-Be a safety 'Ambassador' promoting safety and health by example,
-Assist SAR teams to deliver inductions.
Skills, experience and Qualifications
Essential
-Recognised safety qualification,
-Relevant experience in the application of principles and processes of safety management including risk assessments,
-Working knowledge of how safety legislation is applied within companies,
-Developed communication skills and ability to interact with different nationalities and cultures at all levels,
-Good understanding of the English language both spoken and written,
-Computer literate, Microsoft office applications.
-Ability to plan, manage and implement own work load based on business needs,
-Experience of working in an office environment as well as out in the field,
-Driving licence and the ability to obtain a Saudi driving licence.
