About the Job
We are currently looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to be based in Ras Al Khaimah. Reporting to the Admin Team Lead, the main duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
Collect data for entry from the relevant IT application
Authenticate correctness of data collected
Process valid data for entry and upload these in authorities system
Escalate erroneous data to concerned department for correction.
From time to time, attend to enquiries from authorities
Maintain an efficient and effective record management system
Generate reports for enquiries regarding entered and erroneous data

About You
To apply for this role, you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Business or Secretarial accreditation
Analytical and problem solving skills
This position requires a strong attention to details and the ability to operate various work processing software and spreadsheets.
Experience in data entry
Planning and organising skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Results-oriented, team player and excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English. Ability to speak Arabic is a great advantage
