Promote GDC Hospital though relationships
External sales and communications to key stakeholders to ensure consistency of message and support of GDC Hospital’s mission, Vision and Values
Measure and track the financial position on projects across the UAE and report to Finance Manager and Project Manager
Provide ongoing support to HR Manager with MOH and HAAD.
Identify new opportunities for the Project Manager.
Working with Marketing & Communications Manager to nurture media relations with Arabic publications across the UAE, locally and nationally to ensure maximum coverage and promotion for GDC Hospital.

Job Description
To develop and maintain an effective working relationship in the Human Resources Area with the specific aim of ensuring a responsive approach to recruitment in conjunction with the maintenance of the hospital’s database, within a dynamic environment.
Plans, organizes and directs all activities assigned to the Human Resources Area.
Oversees the development and maintenance of a Human Resources administration, which ensures fair, equitable, courteous and responsive treatment of all current and prospective employees.
Oversees the establishment and maintenance of comprehensive Human Resources policies and interpretation and application thereof in the work place.
Ensures compliance with the UAE Labor and Workmen Law.
Implements human resources strategies and specific plans derived from agreed goals which ensures that the human resources needed are available as required, in terms of both quality and quantity.
To assist in the development of reward management and remuneration policies and systems which attract, retain and motivate staff which are internally equitable as well as externally competitive

Design and introduce new Human Resources development strategies and systems
Monitor and improve the effectiveness of our performance review
Assists in hospital business planning and the integration of human resources plans with hospital goals
Participate in formulating strategies, policies, plans and budgets to ensure that the hospital’s mission and goals are achieved.
Coach Area Heads or Managers and advise on Human Resources related issues
Provide advice on the recruitment and selection of employees

  • All medical candidates require a HAAD License.
  • Flexible working hours essential as some roles involve split shifts.
  • Market related salaries will depend on qualifications and experience.
