The Director of Government Relations shall liaison with officials in the Ministries of Health of the countries of UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries, to support existing accounts as well as develop new business for Dell in these countries. The resource will be responsible for networking and developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers, and manage the internal dynamics in health ministries, that can have a significant influence on the projects being executed by Dell. Should be a national of a Middle East country.

As a ITAS (IT Advisory Services) Technical Account Manager you are the customers primary 'services' contact, your responsibilities are:
- To ensure customer environment stability through proactive initiatives (reporting, assessment, benchmarking and trend analysis).
- Reduce case activity rate by implementing Dell best practices
- Delivering commitments as documents in customer specific "support plan".
- Identifying and tracking potential Dell Services revenue opportunities.
