STAAD Pro for designing and detailing, as per the guidelines and regulations
framed by statutory authorities like DM/DIP/JAFZA. Should be thorough in BS
Codes and ASTM standards. Should be able to coordinate with government
authorities for approvals and in-house Engineering Department and Consultants.
Sales Engineer – Civil

“Turnkey” contracts, based upon pre-engineered steel buildings. Maintaining
healthy relationship with clients, project consultants, architects.
Periodically reviewing competitive strategies and business plans to tap
potential customers. Discussing specifications and substantiate with technical
requirements. Maintaining updated information about modern metal building
solutions. Maintaining updated market information, achieving sales targets,
liasoning with all concerned for achieving the common objective of sustaining
healthy growth of contracts.
Contracts Engineer
Graduate Civil Engineers with min. 5 years
experience in First Grade Civil Contracting Companies in UAE/GCC
Job Responsibilities
Graduate Civil Engineers with min. 5 years
experience in First Grade Civil Contracting Companies in UAE/GCC in defining
and preparing turnkey contracts. Experience in international contracts and
FIDIC clauses and terms & conditions and their implications, quantify and
prepare variation claims related to turnkey projects. Responsible for
coordinating & assisting the Contracts Manager for resolving the technical
& contracting issues with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and vendors.
Planning Engineer
B.Tech/B.E. Civil Engineers + Primevera
version 3.1 or higher + Experience in GCC.

safe custody. Renewal of licenses and registration of all companies and safe
custody. Supervision of Security Cheque updated, followup and cancellation of
security cheques taken back. Safe custody of Original Passport. Safe custody of
Original Letter of Intent, Contracts and Company Documents. Physical
verification of petty cash once in 15 days. Checking of Statement of Accounts
of staff and labours going on vacation and final statement of accounts of
employees to be discontinued. Supervision of Stores Audit once in a month. All
MIS Report. Any other assignments from time to time.
