ROLE PURPOSE:
To ensure effective design and delivery of training programs/projects to internal customers and third parties, ensuring courses are consistently aligned to GCAS Corporate objectives and are of the highest quality.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree
- At least three years experience in delivering soft skills courses. Ideally in the aviation industry.
- Experience of designing courses in the soft skills area.
- Up-to-date knowledge of key areas such as customer service and leadership
- Excellent English communication
- Ideally fluent in Arabic
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Up to date knowledge of the customer service and leadership industries
- Ability to work alone as well as in teams
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
Preferable (non essential)
- CIPD or equivalent qualification
- Train the Trainer certificate
