ROLE PURPOSE:

To ensure effective design and delivery of training programs/projects to internal customers and third parties, ensuring courses are consistently aligned to GCAS Corporate objectives and are of the highest quality.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree
  • At least three years experience in delivering soft skills courses. Ideally in the aviation industry.
  • Experience of designing courses in the soft skills area.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of key areas such as customer service and leadership
  • Excellent English communication
  • Ideally fluent in Arabic
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Up to date knowledge of the customer service and leadership industries
  • Ability to work alone as well as in teams
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
Preferable (non essential)
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification 
  • Train the Trainer certificate
