Job Description
-B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Maintenance of Facility Management such as in taff Housings, Welfare Facilities, Religious Facilities, Laundries and Clinics.
-Have knowledge in proposed preventive maintenance, planning & scheduling of mechanical equipment such as Chillers, Ice Makers, Water Coolers Air Handling Unit, Pumps, Split Type Air Conditioning Unit, Water Heaters, Exhaust Fan, Lift Station, Plumbing, Washing Machines, Driers and Swimming Pool Equipments.
-Have knowledge of trouble shooting, repairing, and diagnosing Fault / Failure of all Mechanical Equipment.
-Responsible for supervising and handling A/C Technicians, Plumber Technicians, Carpenters, Ductmen, Welders and Common Laborers.
-To ensure proper maintenance of all mechanical equipments
-Have knowledge of Permit to Work System, (HSE) Health Safety Environment Procedures and Guidelines.
-Have knowledge in Autocad Software and Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms Power Point.
-Responsible in Daily Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Report, Half Yearly Report and Yearly Report.
-Responsible for requisition of Materials in Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Civil and Architecture thru Coordination with the Store Keeper.
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies preferred.
