About Your Job
As Senior Sales Executive you will be responisble for the Abu Dhabi office and recruit staff when required, you will ensure that the operations for QR Holidays are to the highest quality to the customers. You will be involved in continuous market research to ensure market competitiveness and relevance, you will be responsible for all communications and operations for the office.  Making sure any customer issues are dealt with professionally and provide feedback and reports to the QR Holiday Manager on the performance and success of the business unit.

About You
You will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and have a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in the travel trade industry. Comprehensive, up to date product knowledge is essential. Familiarity of Jeddah local market practices will be an advantage.
You will have excellent English and Arabic communication skills at all levels and be computer literate.  The ability to motivate team members and work as an individual or alongside others is also important.

About Your Job
 In this role you will supervise and manage the Operations with a team of Operations agents and ensure that a high level of customer services is maintained through efficient processing of bookings and the skills and knowledge of agents.
You will be responsible for all booking requests, monitor staff productivity measure, performance and service efficiency. Maintain effective monthly operations staff roster and manage day to day work with shift supervisors. Provide staff training, coaching and support with any performance related issues.

About You
You will need to hold a Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent, must have minimum 2 years of job related experience for this role. We are looking for someone who has 4-5 years holiday operational experience in an Airline/Travel agency/tour operator environment in selling holiday packages by providing appropriate holiday information, in costing a package, quoting prices, making reservation and payments.
You must have good communication skills, with good command and excellent knowledge of the Leisure travel business global leisure destinations with local market trends and practices on the GCC.
