Contact Center Representative

ACCOUNTABILITIES/TASKS

Graduated or Higher Diploma
Fluent in English – bilingual
One year to two year (relevant experience)

MIS Analyst

ACCOUNTABILITIES/TASKS
Creating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports for active projects
Creating Daily/Weekly/Monthly CRD front Office reports
Creating Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to support the CRD
Issuing/Auditing Activity reports "Monitor price, size/area changes, adding/removing properties) and obtaining the required approvals
Creating Master Sheet which includes all payments schedules and expected cash flows
Productivity Reports
Participate in new projects implementation
Supporting sales with new launches and setting up the systems

Draftsman

ACCOUNTABILITIES/TASKS 
Preparing detailed architectural drawing to the project team to support the visualization and proper guidance of idea visibility for the team
Collecting design requirements from management team regarding their objective of the design
Develop the appropriate proposal to recommended the different design options for the purpose of facilitating cost benefits designs visualization
Evaluate the drawings as per land development plans and company standards to ensure best quality drawings alignment
Search and propose the update in any architectural drawings upgrading software and tools to make sure the production of latest quality architectural drawings

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS 
Diploma in architecture.
5-6 years in preparing architectural drawings & design
Advanced research and analysis skills
High level communication skills, written and oral
Advanced computer literacy and using design software such as, AutoCAD & Microstation

Infrastructure Engineer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/TASKS
To contribute to the operations of master plan management by assessing a providing feasible infrastructure solutions that relate to the developments and commercial aspects. 
To study of the Master plan with respect to infrastructure layout
To assess the infrastructure in terms of sufficiency
To assess the associated cost of the services as per the market standard
To propose a feasible solution for the proposed master plan layout
Should be able to handle any big or small scale projects
Should be a team player

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS 
Graduate Engineer preferably Civil
Min 5 years of experience in the similar field
Gulf experience in must preferably in Dubai

Facilities Supervisor

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/TASKS
Serves as Mechanical Engineer for Operations and Maintenance
Responsible for independent technical judgement for administrating the operation and maintenance of Mechanical facilities.
Serves as the Mechanical Engineer for maintenance activities, provides guidance to project office in all aspects of mechanical engineering
Supervises the inspection of mechanical facilities to evaluate the Contractor’s performance in Operation and Maintenance
Ensure that the operation and maintenance of mechanical facilities meet the requirement of Nakheel.
Initiates proposals for corrective action on deficiencies in existing Facilities in Mechanical Field.
Coordinate and manage service provider
Inspect at regular intervals and report the status of facilities.
Ensure that all records are kept up to date
Ensure that safety and emergency procedures are implemented
Perform other duties as may be required

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS 
Technical -University degree in Mechanical Engineering
Ten (10) years of experience in operation, maintenance and construction of Mechanical Engineer facilities
Management – Organisational skills and team building in resort related to environment
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English a must.
Report writing ability in English
