1-Planning Technician
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Diploma / ITI in Engineering or Graduate in any field with minimum 5 to 10 years maintenance experience in Oil / Gas / Refinery or Petrochemical Industry with experience in the field of Maintenance and Shutdown Planning.
Includes 3 years in Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP or similar), and Planning & Scheduling software. (Primavera and Microsoft Project) and 2 years in maintenance field.
Good Command in English (both spoken and written)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Provides Work Order planning, schedules and reports for Plant routine maintenance using various project planning software and the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP), to produce a wide variety of plans, schedules, estimates, progress reports and ensuring optimum usage of all resources including manpower utilization, activity duration schedules and materials/spares identification and reservation.
2-Budget & Cost Control Engineers
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Engineering Graduate or Graduate in Accounting / Economic with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry with at least 2 years in handling cost and budget activities.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The duties require excellent co-ordination with all the Department Managers and Section Heads of the Refining Directorate as well as other Directorates. Broad understanding is required of the business and its implications on the company as a whole. Excellent communication, analytical and persuasive skills. High-level interpretation of financial, economical and technical data.
3-Operators
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
HSC / ITI in Mechanical / Chemical or B.Sc in Chemistry with minimum 4 to 8 years experience in Production and Process Operations; Preferably in an offshore environment.
Computer Literate.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
-Carries out various duties as assigned by the Senior Operator.
-Involves starting up the station by lining up separators, Wells to Manifolds, starting turbine driven pumps, gas compressors, preparing chemicals for oil treatment and starting up the glycol dehydration system, in accordance with procedures. Carries out pigging operations, takes various readings and tests on gas and oil products as directed.
-Ensures at all times that safety equipment is worn and all safety rules and regulations are adhered to.
4-General Operator.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
HSC / ITI in Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation with minimum 6 to 12 years experience in Oil and Gas Production Process, Preferably at offshore location.
Must have basic Computer literacy.
Well conversant with computer based control systems.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To operate, control and participate, as instructed by the Senior Operator or Field Production Supervisor in the process and utilities operational areas to ensure safe and efficient running, start-up and shutdown of plant including utilities.
