Roles and Responsibilities:Will ensure that EPC-2 contractor and GTG subcontractor are safely executing pre-commissioning and commissioning work with a focus on electrical energization and process isolation activities initially in the GTG fabrication yards and then Island sites. Will regularly inspect execution of Lock Out Tag Out and process isolation/blinding procedures and generate weekly compliance reports. Will stop work that is not safely being executed. Will participate with investigation of any pre-commissioning or commissioning related incidents or near misses. Will make assessments of Contractors’ staff to ensure that only qualified personnel are executing and managing energized activities. Will immediately report any unsafe acts or conditions to Contractor safety team and clients GTG Commissioning T/L. Will lead regular site safety walkdowns, jointly with contractor staff, which focus on electrical and other energy hazards and safe work practices. At island site will be responsible to ensure that SIMOPS and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures are being effectively implemented by EPC-2 contractor, GTG vendor, subcontractor and/or vendor personnel. Regularly inspects temporary commissioning facilities to ensure safe function and operation.
Skill set:Electrical trades certification with minimum of 20 years construction and/or electrical maintenance experience. Oil and gas facility experience desired. Must have experience working on a large EPC project. Must be fully competent with industry practices with regard to electrical lock out tag out practices. Must have excellent command of English language, have good writing skills, and have the ability to generate coherent reports. Additional language skills desirable. Must have good interpersonal skills and be a team player. Must be qualified to obtain a UAE work visa and work offshore for extended periods of time (intervals of up to one month). Must be willing to travel to fabrication yard sites.
Quantity Surveyor

Provide functional support to Project Management 'reams and Company Management.
Skill set:Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related Engineering Field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English),Good supervisory skills
Minimum of 10 years-experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation and progress measurement, protocols for Oil and Gas projects both onshore and offshore.

HSE Site Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:Provides on-site HSE support and assistance to the EPC2 Project Team and works closely with EPC2 contractors to help prevent incidents and ensure successful on-site HSE program execution. Responsible for observing and identifying HSE related issues that may affect clients EPC2 Project Team Members and contractors. Helps ensure that the EPC2 Project complies with relevant U.A.E HSE Codes of Practice and other applicable U.A.E. HSE requirements, as well as clients and clients HSES related policies, plans, procedures and guidelines. Provides support for incident investigation and HSE performance reporting Conducts HSE site inspections and audits of contractor HSE program and construction practices,
Skill set:Bachelor degree in an Engineering/Technical discipline or equivalent,Minimum of 10 years work / industry experience, (Oil & Gas industry experience desired).
Minimum of 5 years HSE related experience in site construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning.
Field Engineering Team Leader
