Job Description:
Manage the performance of services to customers, ensure that service levels are achieved in line with contracts and that customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Monitor team responses to incidents and requests, ensuring they are resolved effectively and efficiently against service level agreements.
Managing high priority operational/production issues, essential routine maintenance and administration associated with a complex IT landscape.
Identify and provide additional support team training to ensure that support is given in a consistent manner.
To pro-actively monitor backlog, perform incident quality check.
Responsible of building technical documentation, reports, guidelines, Procedures and ensure they are shared with users.
Creating/following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Maintaining records of software licenses.
Be the ultimate owner of all customers’ incidents or logged service requests.
To assist in the compilation and maintenance of an accurate inventory of hardware and software.
Provide information about incidents analysis and KPIs
Job Requirements

Education and Experience
Experience of at least 3 years working as IT support, showing experience of systems, support, diagnostic and resolution.
Degree/Post-Graduate from IT background.
Certified in ITIL, CCNA, and MCITP.
2-IT Support Engineer

Job Description
IT Support Engineer is mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Responding to incidents and requests, ensuring they are resolved effectively and efficiently against service level agreements.
Address high priority operational/production issues
To pro-actively provide information to users on the progress of outstanding support calls.
Responsible of building technical documentation, reports, guidelines, Procedures and ensure they are shared with users.
Talking to clients and users to determine the nature of problems.
Assist customers to solutions, keeping them updated and assured.
Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
Develop and maintain active and progressive working relationships with all members of flydubai.
Identify additional staff training to ensure that support is given in a consistent manner.

Setup and maintain latest version of systems within flydubai, for testing and debugging purposes
Perform system testing and debugging to identify and resolve critical defects
Implement health checks to ensure the systems are available for use 24x7
Ensure high performance and availability of applications/modules
Job Requirements
Broad knowledge and experience in: Software Development and Design
Above average skills in: .NET framework and Web development frameworks
Education and Experience
Degree or equivalent experience: Engineering Graduate specializing in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering

4-Senior IT Architect /Developer

Job Description
The Senior IT Architect /Developer is responsible for developing and supporting applications within FZ IT, including the website and Booking Engines.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Setup and maintain latest version of systems within flydubai, for testing and debugging purposes
Implement health checks to ensure the systems are available for use 24x7
Guide vendor/s in applying latest design principles against systems being developed outside
Ensure high performance and availability of applications/modules
Manage a small team of developers supporting CMS, website, Booking Engines and other internal systems
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A minimum of 7 yrs experience in software development, specializing in .NET Technologies (ASP/VB)
A minimum of 5 yrs experience in software design, preferably in airline software
Experience in UML/OOAD
Experience in designing and maintaining transaction based systems, with high level of performance requirements
Highly skilled in design patterns
Experience in code development using IDEs
Experience in working with Quality Structures such as SEI CMM, ITPM, Tik, 6 Sigma
