DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts or leads safety and environmental inspections to control occupational and environmental hazards. Performs job safety hazards analyses.
Leads incident investigations to reveal root cause(s), and works with management team to effectively and pro-actively implement changes.
Implements, and administers government required safety, health and environmental programs to ensure facility compliance with all permits and laws.
Able to write safety programs and implement. Can research compliance to rules.
Works with Managers to promote safety and environmental excellence in the workforce
Tracks effectiveness of company safety and environmental programs and recommends changes as appropriate.
Qualifications
5+ years of comprehensive, documented safety and auditing experience in construction and/ or occupational safety
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Management, Physical Sciences, Environmental Sciences or related
Must possess one or more professional safety certifications such as: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Operational Health and Safety Technician (OHST), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
Demonstrated broad understanding of safety and health field (e.g. emerging technologies, industry standards system designs and integration of safety processes)
Demonstrated ability to effectively work with a management team to implement safety programs, developing plans and creating a culture that values safety.
Demonstrated ability to assert authority and take leadership on safety issues as needed
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain Microsoft Access based database to record and track all the project related correcpondences, submittals, draqwings and documents. The status of correspondence requiring action is tracked using the database. The database tracks the version of drawings, review status and issue details.
Also responsible for preparing, printing, copying and distribution of all project related documents.

Site Inspector - Dubai, UAE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Check site conditions for suitability prior to construction.
Observe, check and record works execution is in accordance with approved methods.
Check instructions are being carried out.
Check services locations and ensure their protection.
Record inspections, test, work executed etc.
Check material delivered are as approved and properly stored.
Observe site safety procedures.
Measure work done when required.
Assist in the preparation of ‘as-built’ drawings.
Have minimum knowledge and skills in using relevant computer software.

Site Engineer - Dubai, UAE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deputize for Assistant Resident Engineer.
Follow up construction activities at site.
Ensure the Contractor’s adherence to Construction documents and latest Authorities’ regulations.
Assist in reviewing Contractor’s Submissions (shop drawings, Materials, RFI, etc.).
Provide all necessary on-site direction.
Support in supervise site inspection staff as per Assistant Resident Engineer/Project Manager directions.
Check measure of work done.
Observe site safety practices.
Report back as necessary to the Assistant Resident Engineer/Project Manager.
Monitor contractor’s resource allocation.
Assist in reviewing the project’s close out documents.
Act positively, and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Assistant Resident Engineer/Project Manager, and project Safety Representative.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Dubai, UAE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge of pre and post contract administration for different contract types (re measure and lump sum is essential)
Lead and supervise the QS team comprising for 3-4 people
Preparation of contract documents, agreements
preparation of Prequalification Documents and preparation of pretender reports
Participate in the tender evaluation process
Preparing Bills of Quantities
Prepare and maintain budgets, estimates, cash flow forecasts, cost reports in coordination with the site staff
Preparing cost estimates
Verify and approve Contractors’ measurement sheet
Verify and certify contractors and sub-contractor's monthly applications for payment and issue payment certificates
Verify and certify suppliers invoices and issue payment certificates
Review and assess Contractors’ claims including forensic analysis of sub contractors rates for new items
Agreement of measurements and star rates with Client
Participation in site visits & preparation of reports

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Originates correspondence and reports. Answers telephone, taking and relaying messages. Receives, sorts, and distributes mail.
Maintain Microsoft Access based database to record and track all the project related Correspondences and documents.
Responsible for preparing, printing, copying and distribution of all project related documents.
Coordinate physical space requirements for the assigned unit. Initiates requests for PCs and telephones, and updates Corporate Directory as appropriate.
Establish and maintain records of equipment, including a log of equipment service dates. Initiate requests for service.
Maintains employee directory and related data pertaining to employees assigned to the unit, including company resumes.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishes and maintains client contacts and develops sales strategy. Strengthens current business ties; coordinates meetings between clients/potential clients and technical or other key individuals.
