Project Financial Controller

Job Description
The main duty of The Project Financial Controller is to be the key control of all financial aspects of the project, including preparation of financial statements as per IFRS, and KSA GAAP, file for taxes on time, and liaising with tax consultants, preparing management reports including budget and cash flows reports, and lead the implementation of a new accounting software in coordination with the group accounting systems. 

Location
Position based full time in KSA (principally in Riyadh)

Education and Training Requirements
A total experience of not less than 7 years, out of which at least 3 in a development project, or a real estate development company. Preferably a qualified accountant, with CPA or ACCA. An accounting degree or MBA from a reputable university

Technical / Construction Manager

Job Description
The role of the Technical/Construction Manager is to monitor and report construction progress, ensure work quality and safe work conditions. The Technical/Construction Manager must be well-organized and good at multi-tasking due to the variety of tasks involved in the job. This includes third-party consultants and contractors management in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Position Requirements
Excellent proficiency in English (read, written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering from a reputed university
Minimum of Ten (10) years of relevant experience in the construction management field as defined by the major duties identified above.
Having a solid experience in MEP installations and equipments for residential projects.
Having been involved in major construction projects in the KSA and being familiar with Saudi codes, regulations, planning authorities, and other governmental bodies.
Having been involved in similar residential compound projects is a plus.
Knowledge of all applicable building and trades codes, formal training and experience in construction project management, cost estimating, and scheduling.
Ability to communicate effectively using verbal and written skills.
Demonstrates skills in the use of computers for construction scheduling and correspondence.
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Credit and Mezzanine Analysts/Associates/Senior Associates

Job Description
The Fund will invest in companies in the MENA region as well as Turkey, through a variety of credit and quasi-equity instruments including: preferred equity, convertible notes, mezzanine and other subordinated credit instruments, and senior debt.  Investments will support acquisition finance, growth capital, and other capital requirements of regional corporates and private equity investors.

Skills/Experience
Strong quantitative skills, detailed cash flow and financial modeling expertise
Polished and confident presentation and communication skills
One to six years professional experience in a credit related field with a top-tier firm
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university with strong academic performance
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Exposure to different cultures and the ability to work successfully with different nationalities
Ability to quickly distil core themes and ideas from large amounts of information
