Duty Free shops at Muscat International Airport has taken on a whole new look and product offers have been greatly enhanced since MDF taking over the operations in February 2003. MDF has nearly doubled the retail space to reach a total retail area of approximately 1,900 sq mt and now operates 9 outlets at departures and an arrival outlet at the airport.

Adhere to the rules and regulations of DFS - Oman as per the policies and procedures manuals.
Provide the highest levels of customer service to all customers.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities - Sales Assistant
The Sales Assistant is responsible for selling merchandise to customers.
He/she must ensure that the retail policies and procedures are properly implemented in Duty Free - Oman.
He/she takes part in all company training as assigned.
Must partake in any other duties as assigned by the management of Duty Free - Oman.
